Shrimp Plaza.

Thai Cuisine now recommend "Plaza shrimp, spicy and hot food.
A mixture of Thai herbs that are beneficial to the body is outside.
Get with the spicy taste of the "Plaza shrimp, then you still get nutrients.
Complete start doing the same.


Flavoring ingredients.
* 400 g medium prawns (peeled and cleaned).
* 2 stalks lemon grass (SOI provided).
* 1 onion, cut the ball.
* 2 stalks of spring onion (SOI provided).
* 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
* 2 kaffir lime leaves (SOI are long lines.)
* Content of leaves to 10 leaves.
* Chilli seed Soi 5-10 (preference).
* 2 tablespoons chili paste.
* 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
* 2 tablespoons fish sauce.
* 1 teaspoon sugar.



How to do step by step.
1. The boiled shrimp to boiling water until almost cooked, then drain the water out to dry.
2. A sauce mixed with lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and sauce together in medium bowl. Poor all ingredients well.
3. In a large bowl, add prawns, sauce (made in step two), onion, lemon grass, chili, onion, coriander, kaffir lime leaves and material position. Poor all ingredients well.
4. Dip served on a plate. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately with hot steamed rice. Hors d'oeuvres or snacks, it's delicious.
