Mango sticky rice





Ingredients.
g rice-350.
coconut milk-1 can.
cup sugar-¾.
Salt 1 ¼ tsp.
Flour 1 tsp.
pandan leaves-4-5.
Mango ripe



How do
1. The rice to rinse thoroughly
and then soaked in water for 3 hours
or overnight time.
2. Preheat a medium heat setting is quite strong steaming pot,
add water when boiling water to drain
the glutinous rice wrapped in a thin white cloth
cut pandan leaves drop down to about 2 then steam.
3. Steamed for about 30 minutes or until cooked rice.
(Note that the rice grain is more clear.)
4. To break the coconut milk to ¾ cup of coconut milk
